TMSD threshold system Inhibitor

Part of the components needed to establish a TMSD threshold system, designed by miRADAR (WageningenUR 2024). This part acts as the inhibiter, that sequesters the trigger part C and is present in a free pool. When an excess of A is present, it can bind to all B, allowing the trigger C to be released.
